Ridding Your Lawn Of Fleas
A good way to get rid of fleas organically is to sprinkle diatomaceous soil in your yard and garden. The diatomaceous soil is specifically designed to contain sharp edges so that the flea larva becomes damaged while it is crawling through the soil. The larva is then unable to pupate, and then cannot grow into an adult flea.
You can also use 2 ounces of bleach and mix with 2 ounces of water. Pour the mixture into a garden sprayer and coat your lawn with it. You can use the bleach-water mixture once every 10 days to keep fleas at bay.
Lining your fence line with cedar chips will keep fleas from the neighbor`s yard from infesting yours. Alternatively, sprinkling at your fence lines does the same thing as the cedar chips.
